Welcome to Pine Knot, a charming retreat nestled on a 10-acre estate in Lenoir City, TN. Owned and managed by Melanie and Jason Faddis, Pine Knot is a place where nature's beauty meets modern comfort, offering an ideal setting for relaxation and rejuvenation.
Built in 1989 by Mr. Walter Fulbright using pine trees harvested from the property, the Pine Knot house has been lovingly transformed into a cozy and inviting getaway. Our mission is to honor the craftsmanship and love that went into its creation while providing guests with luxurious amenities and a serene atmosphere.
The name “Pine Knot” holds a special significance for us, reflecting the spirit of my Papaw, Calvin Coolidge Newman, who was known by this nickname. His legacy of family values and quiet strength inspires us to create a warm and welcoming environment for our guests.
At Pine Knot, you’ll find a spacious, open-plan living area, three luxurious bathrooms, a chef’s kitchen, and a cozy wrap-around porch perfect for watching deer stroll through the yard. With easy access to Knoxville, lakes, and the Great Smoky Mountains, Pine Knot serves as a perfect home base for outdoor adventures and family gatherings.
